Losing weight and feeling great…and other success stories…

They came, they saw, they conquered, in their own unique way.

Some women came for weight loss, others came to learn how to lift properly. Still others came to get over their fear of the gym.

Many struggled through work / family / life stressors, including an ailing parent, and a chronic condition, eased with proper diet and movement.

Twenty-three lovely, brave women took on the 10-Week Best Shape Challenge. Now, they are continuing the Work on our monthly Woman Fitness and Lifestyle program where we continue to train for our lifestyle and our age, we learn to nourish our bodies well, and we tend to our emotional health.

Ladies, it only gets better from this point forward! You’ll see…..

Come join us, for our next Challenge, starting January 12th, 2018.
Unleash your Warrior Woman within. She’s waiting for you…!

Some notable mentions from our Fall 2017 Challenge:

Candice Wallace and Laura Manning – both of these lovely ladies received the Female Leadership Award. They have been on the monthly program for some time, and decided to take their training and learning to the next level by digging into the Challenge. They provided a lovely, cohesive support system for all the Challengers (not to mention, Laura went down another 5 ½ lbs, 6” and 4% in bodyfat!)

Leslie Glover received the Industry Leader Award. Leslie works within the health and wellness world, supporting and leading people in their health initiatives. It’s always a pleasure to have a kindred fitness gal on the Challenge. Thank you Leslie!

Monica Swager of Kimberly, BC wins the Best Long Distance Award. Committing to a long distance program takes a certain amount of courage and faith, and Monica showed up, ready to do the work. She was there, willing and able at every step, and I thank her for her belief in this type of programming, and belief in herself. Nicely done, Monica!

Our BIGGEST LOSER award went to Rhiannon Olsen. I have known Rhiannon for almost 10 years, and her passion for training is evident. She came into the program with a clear focus and a lot of grit, and she ended up hitting her goal of losing 10 pounds, almost 4% in bodyfat, and WOW, does it show (despite breaking her toe part way through the Challenge). She is one of the hardest working gals in the gym, and her dedication to training, and her attention to nutrition, is admirable. Let’s keep the momentum Rhiannon, you’ve only just begun!

Thank you to all the participants for their courage and dedication to the program, the Work, and to self.

Our next Challenge starts January 12th! Join us! We’re in our 9th year (yes, we are the original Best Shape online Challenge!). We’ve helped hundreds of women transform their bodies, and their lives! Kick off 2018 in style! Because YOU deserve it!

GIVE the Gift of Health to someone YOU know, this Christmas! We’ll wrap it up all pretty and send it to them in cyberspace, to be opened on Christmas day! Just let me know when you purchase, and we’ll take it from there! – karen

“This has truly been an amazing challenge. I’m so pleased with my results. FINALLY my muffin top is gone! I’m eating so much better and feeling the results of that. I’m stronger and I’m finding my voice. I am Warrior Woman, hear me roar!

Karen when I started down this road I was feeling frumpy and grumpy. I’m feeling AWESOME! Now my journey is continuing with the Warrior Women program and I’m so looking forward to seeing the results; physically and emotionally.

Water over stone, slowly etching out who I always knew I was, STRONG!

Thank you Karen!! Our journey continues!”. – Laura Manning

“I loved this challenge and I’m so happy that I finally decided to do a 10-wk Challenge. I’m definitely interested in doing a 12-wk Challenge in January!

Thank you for the motivation, knowledge and the guidance along the way.
I feel great!  💪🏽 love the fitness journey!!” – Rhiannon Olsen

  1. Leslie Glover on

Honoured to receive the Industry Leader Award!!

This challenge helped me to look at my daily habits and to look inward (not always comfortable). I have new tools to move forward with! Thank you Karen for the opportunity to do this in a safe and positive environment and thank you ladies for your encouragement and support over the 10 weeks!
