How to BUILD a STRONG METABOLISM?
Simple to do, but so many women still look for the magic…
 
STOP doing cardio (yep, really!).
EAT! You can’t strengthen your metabolism by withdrawing calories, and not eating. (You can’t build muscle by not training!).
WEIGHT train. Seriously. 4-5 times a week, 40+ minutes! Is it the RIGHT program, crafted for your age and your goals?
Eat CARBS (Yep, you’ll weaken your metabolism and your shapely muscle without ’em).
PROTEIN-UP! (But not too much…you don’t need as much as you think!)
PORTIONS! What are you feeding, your body or your EMOTIONS? Get clear on this!
– Measure BODY FAT, NOT weight! You are not here to lose weight, you are here to lose FAT!
– Don’t look for motivation, look to be INSPIRED! Find a coach (yes, invest in a COACH), someone who is your age, similar lifestyle / challenges, same gender, and become INSPIRED by their success! (Hopefully NOT someone from a magazine…most are photo shopped!!). Do they WALK THE WALK? Do they look the part? If not, beware…how can they teach you if they don’t live it??
 
Oh yeah, and put away the Self Help Eating books, the Internet sites, and shut your ears to what you hear in the gym! It won’t serve you!!!
 
Now, apply today, and tomorrow, and the next day. Keep going (this is the hardest part, but in fact, it really is the easiest part, once you learn to CHANGE HOW YOU THINK!) Make it a LIFESTYLE, NOT a diet plan! Find a support network – work, Facebook, whatever – to keep you in the game!
