This advanced workout program is in 3 phases, and is the ultimate in-gym training program to get you in contest shape, even if you don’t want to compete. This is an advanced program, so it is recommended the client have at least 18 months of continuous lifting in place, and or have completed the 14-Week Best Shape Challenge.
