Making Your Own At-Home Gym

As our lives get busier (and gas prices continue to rise), training at home looks like a good option, yes? And it IS do-able…

Can you effectively create your own gym at home? What would it look like? What would you need? How much space do you need, and what would it cost? Here, I walk you through it all, with various budgets in mind!

But how can you ensure you are still getting a great workout with less equipment? Certain rules of training and exercise sequencing apply, and I can show you how. The last thing we want to do is lose all our gains we have made over the year! Yes, you CAN progress with minimal equipment, if you stick to the rules! (Members, I go into this in your E-workout card with accompanying exercise videos and tips).

In this post, I outline the three ‘must knows‘ before you begin to plan your at home training space.  We also play with a couple of different budgets ($500 – $1000 and up to $5000) to offer different scenarios, depending on your budget, time and focus (you can always add on gym pieces as you progress!). Maybe it’s time to indulge in your own at home gym, and train in the privacy of your own home!

And of course, we include two awesome At Home Warrior Woman workouts.  Enjoy!

Let’s start…the 3 Questions you need to answer…BUDGET, SPACE, FOCUS. Here’s a grander version at $5000+.

Next up…start with say, a modest $500-1000 budget
. What can you get for that? Lots!.

And finally, if you could only afford ONE piece of all-in-one equipment
, what would I recommend? A nice, compact Cable Machine!..Here’s why!…
